We currently have an opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal with an established law firm in the Morristown, NJ area (zip code 07960). This is a hybrid opportunity - one day from home per week
Position responsibilities are:

• Prepare litigation documents including indexes, discoveries, motions and pleadings
• Prepare Litigation Dockets and 
• Prepare documents needed for Depositions 
• Review and gather relevant documents for Motions and other Court submissions
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation

Position requirements are:

• At least 7 years of litigation experience in a law firm
• Proficiency with e-Discovery software
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent technical skills including proficiency in MS Office
