Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Pay: $85,000 to $95,000 annually
Experience: 4+ years of litigation support and trial experience to work with the Litigation Group.
Education: Paralegal certificate is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:30am to 5:00pm (7.5-hour workday, 1 hour lunch)

Job Description:
- Responsibilities include reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing documents, depositions, indexes, and client files/records.
- Performing case law research and document review in Relativity, Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Preparing, organizing, indexing, and managing exhibits and data.
- Drafting/collecting case materials (discovery requests, review/summarize responses, and meet and confer letters).
- Assisting with trial related procedures including researching potential experts and preparing trial documents, notebooks and exhibits.
- Performing document productions and eFiling.
Position Requirements:
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and commonly used research databases (Relativity, Westlaw, and LexisNexis preferred).
- Familiarity with state and federal court filing/eFiling procedures and rules, cite checking, and document review experience is highly preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
- Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish is required.
