Litigation Paralegal - Law Office of Blake W. Rush, LLC

The Law Office of Blake W. Rush is seeking a paralegal with 5+ years of experience in family law litigation to join a busy law office in Clinton, NJ. Candidate must have excellent written & verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have significant experience with all phases of family law litigation. Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000-$75,000 annual salary commensurate with experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Field phone calls to/from clients, opposing counsel, and Courts
• Coordinate and schedule high-volume calendar

• Assist with case management

• Draft and electronically file correspondence, pleadings, discovery demands, and responses

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree with paralegal certificate

Experience

• 5+ years' experience as family law paralegal or legal assistant.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe is required.
