Litigation Paralegal - HumanHire

HumanHire is partnered with one the Top 50 Am Law Firms to find a Litigation Paralegal to join the firms growing team in Boston!

In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting attorneys in all aspects of trial preparation, ensuring that cases are thoroughly organized and ready for litigation.

• Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Schedule)

• Pay: $120-165K Base Salary plus Bonus and OT!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize all aspects of case files, including pleadings, discovery, exhibits, and correspondence. Ensure that case documents are accurately indexed, stored, and easily accessible for trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research on case-related issues, including precedent, statutes, and regulations. Summarize findings and provide analysis to support trial strategies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, such as motions, briefs, subpoenas, and affidavits. Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely filing and service of documents.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trial, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks. Coordinate with court personnel and expert witnesses as needed.
• Provide on-site support during trials, including setting up the courtroom, managing exhibits, and assisting with witness preparation and examination.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
• Advanced proficiency in Relativity
• Extensive Trial Prep experience
