Job Details

Our firm is seeking a legal secretary to support 2 partners in products and premises liability defense. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a law firm setting supporting litigation attorneys.

Candidates will be responsible for:

Calendaring & scheduling;
Preparation of federal and state court pleadings, motions, discovery and correspondence
Electronic data organization and maintenance
Time entry; responsible for entering attorney billable hours into our billing program
Travel arrangements
E-filing in various federal and state jurisdictions
Verbal and written communications with clients, court personnel and other counsel
Invoices
Review bills for accuracy
