The New York City Office of premiere AmLaw Firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary. The Litigation Legal Secretary will provide complex and specialized secretarial and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals.

Minimum Salary: 63000.00
Maximum Salary: 80000.00
Salary Unit: Yearly
Job Description/Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, finaliize and manage litigation documents
- Transcription from dictation
- Redlining and proofreading
- Handle filing and e-filing
- Assist with tasks related to trial preparation and document productions
- Handle incoming phone calls and messages as well as communicate with clients as needed
- Calendaring
- Assist with docketing when needed
- Time entry and billing
- Legal reserach
- 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary at a large AmLaw Firm
- Must have experience: drafting litigation legal documents, filing & e-filing, trial preparation
- Proficient with MS Office
- Fast, accurate typing
- Must be able to work hybrid schedule and overtime when needed
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
