Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a leading AMLAW 200 firm to find a litigation legal assistant in Philadelphia!

Job Details:

Direct Hire Position
This job is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
Role is assisting 4-8 attorneys in the litigation practice group
 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Working with attorneys to edit and format various legal documents, including memos and briefs
• Use Microsoft Outlook to manage attorney calendars and manage attorney billing
• Prep conflict checks, conduct legal research, and manage client matters confidentially and efficiently
• File documents in state and federal courts
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Education and Experience:

• 4 + years of legal experience
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is required
• Prior electronic filing experience is required
• Prior knowledge of corporate, real estate, and labor & employment law is preferred
