About the Job
Responsibilities:
Maintaining attorney's calendar.
Drafting legal documents and other correspondence.
E-filing in state and federal court systems.
E-record documents through CSC and preparing report for billing purposes.
Coordinating with courts to schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court dates,
Ensuring all legal proceedings are organized and timely.
Drafting and preparing correspondence for real estate and litigation files .
Assist in the preparation of discovery documentation.
Asist with case and trial preparation.
Legal research, docketing & case management.
Utilize accounting system in connection with billing process.
Communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a
team.
Other duties as requested.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and external parties.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve legal issues effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands in a fast-paced environment.
