Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant for a hybrid position with a top full-service Cleveland law firm. The Legal Assistant will support the firm's Cleveland based litigators with a busy practice including trial work. This position has a hybrid work schedule. The working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Duties include, but aren't limited to:
* Preparing, proofreading, and editing various pleadings and legal documents including briefs with tables of content and tables of authorities;
* E-filing documents in various jurisdictions in state and federal court, including utilizing PACER;
* Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, courts, etc.;
* Scheduling and maintaining attorney calendars;
* Making travel arrangements for attorneys and preparing and submitting expense reports;
* Creating and maintaining files in iManage;
* And more!
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of litigation experience, ideally dealing with MDL or class action litigation;
* Trial preparation experience;
* Proficiency with MS Office.
