Litigation Legal Assistant - Collier Legal Search

Our client, the downtown Houston office of a regional litigation firm, is seeking a litigation legal assistant/secretary.

Ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience, preferably in Oil and Gas litigation and administrative proceedings. Must be proficient in MS Office, Aderant, and iManage.

Responsibilities:

• e-filing
• time entry and bill processing
• calendar management
• drafting pleadings
• discovery responses
• tracking expenses
