What You'll Do:
- Provide Legal Counsel: Offer comprehensive advice on a variety of business law matters-everything from contracts to corporate governance and intellectual property.
- Manage Claims & Disputes: Assist in managing lawsuits, audits, worker's compensation, and other claims across Arizona.
- Negotiate & Draft Agreements: Prepare and negotiate contracts tailored to different business models.
- Legal Representation: Represent clients in proceedings, ensuring their interests are robustly defended.
- Strategic Legal Advice: Stay ahead of industry trends, advising clients on strategies that mitigate risks while achieving their goals.
- Estate Planning: As needed, support clients in developing estate plans to protect their families and businesses.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Arizona Law License
- Expertise in business law, including contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and more.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to navigate complex legal issues with clarity.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and maintain high attention to detail.
