Litigation Attorney - Ascendion

We are an Award Winning Law Firm. Our practice is growing, specifically within our Sex Abuse department. We are looking for an experience Attorney, with litigation experience, to join our team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Licensed in Missouri and in good standing
• Interest in helping protect children and young adults
• Preferable: 1st chair experience

Responsibilities:

• Managing cases through litigation
• Gathering data and interacting with clients
• Working legislation, policy, and procedure
• Updating and maintaining cases
• Maintaining client’s file
