Litigation Attorney - Tandym

We have a current opportunity for a Litigation Attorney on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Sparta. For further information about this position please apply.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and development.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in settlement conferences.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Stay current with developments in litigation and relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the NJ bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of experience in litigation, preferably in commercial and employment litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
