Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in various legal disputes and proceedings. You will be required to conduct depositions, manage complex litigation cases, and provide legal advice to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings, trials, and mediations
- Conduct depositions and gather evidence to support legal cases
- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters, including subrogation and insurance claims
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Attend court hearings and argue on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
