We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and possess expertise in both commercial and general litigation.

**Position Requirements:**

• Manage all phases of litigation, from case evaluation through trial
• Handle eDiscovery processes, including preservation, collection, and review of electronic evidence using platforms like Everlaw or Relativity
• Take and defend depositions, and represent clients in state and federal courts
• Produce high-quality legal writing, including motions and briefs
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with New Jersey Bar admission (New York Bar admission preferred)
• 7+ years of relevant litigation experience
• Experience in Chancery practice, health law, and/or employment law is preferred
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
