Litigation Attorney - Professional Liability at O'Hagan Meyer

Position Description

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of defense litigation experience to join its Wilmington, DE office. This attorney should have experience in general commercial and professional liability litigation (especially healthcare, ENO/DNO, specialty care and senior living litigation), human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation, mass torts and class actions.
