Litigation Attorney - Products Liability - O'Hagan Meyer

O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least two years of products liability experience to join its San Francisco, CA office. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in products liability, breach of warranty, breach of contract, and/or personal injury.
• Experience representing automotive companies and product manufacturers in personal injury and property damage lawsuits is a plus.
• Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
• The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
• Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in CA.
