Job Details
Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 2-4 years of insurance defense/civil litigation experience
- Possess excellent writing, research, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to categorize and prioritize work
- Comfortable being in court
Responsibilities:
- Complex commercial litigation
- Drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery demands/responses & appeals
- Conducting depositions
