Position Overview:
Seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join the Professional Liability team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a keen interest in defending professionals against claims of malpractice and other liability issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with clients to develop defense strategies tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the state bar.
- 3–5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on professional liability or related areas preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
