Litigation Attorney - Trustpoint.One

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a boutique business and commercial litigation law firm in its search for a mid-level Litigation Associate attorney to join its busy and growing practice. This is a direct hire role out of the firm's Midtown New York offices.

The successful Litigation Associate Attorney will:

• Be experienced in litigating all phases of complex cases;
• Have extensive experience drafting legal briefs, motions, and conducting legal research;
• Successfully work independently and in large and small teams;
• Have solid writing skills (please note a writing sample will be requested) and critical thinking skills;
• Have at least 5 years of experience in U.S. federal courts;
• Have an interest in securities litigation and investor-related lawsuits.

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.

Salary: $150 - 185k, commensurate with experience; medical, dental, vision and 401(k) offered.

This is an onsite position with one day a week remote permitted.
