Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of issues related to general liability and insurance defense.
- Manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including trial, pretrial, and mediation processes.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure effective management of litigation matters.
- Review and analyze complex legal documents, laws, and regulations.
- Represent the company in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
- Provide training and guidance to the legal team on litigation matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Litigation Attorney, preferably in the technology industry.
- Extensive experience in general liability and insurance defense.
- Admitted to practice law in the state.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Excellent litigation and negotiation skills.
