About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our litigation team in our Nashville office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to take on high-stakes corporate litigation matters for our diverse client base.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of complex corporate litigation cases from inception through trial
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law issues
- Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
- Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
- Consistently deliver excellent client service and communication
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of experience in corporate litigation practice
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Excellent judgement and problem-solving capabilities
- Active membership with the Tennessee State Bar
