Litigation Attorney at CyberCoders

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our litigation team in our Nashville office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to take on high-stakes corporate litigation matters for our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex corporate litigation cases from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law issues
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
• Consistently deliver excellent client service and communication
  
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of experience in corporate litigation practice
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Excellent judgement and problem-solving capabilities
• Active membership with the Tennessee State Bar
