We are currently seeking a dedicated and seasoned Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court appearances. Qualifications:

2. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate and business litigation.
4. Extensive knowledge of California laws and regulations related to real estate and business litigation.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing all phases of litigation.
6. Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
