The successful candidate will possess a strong background in litigation, insurance defense, and civil litigation. This role will involve handling a broad range of complex legal matters, from inception through trial, and requires a deep understanding of the legal landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
2. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential outcomes and legal risks.
4. Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives.
5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in insurance defense and civil litigation cases.
6. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure effective and efficient case management.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact clients.
8. Provide exceptional client service by keeping clients informed of case progress and legal developments, answering inquiries, and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense and civil litigation.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload.
5. Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
9. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a high level of professionalism.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
