Litigation Attorney – Livingston, NJ

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney in its Livingston, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of automobile defense litigation experience. Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice in New Jersey, and have experience handling automobile cases from inception through trial. Preferably, the candidate should have participated in at least 10 jury trials.

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
