Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings and litigation cases.
- Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable results for clients.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation and insurance defense.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense and general liability.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedures and litigation processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in legal research and case management software.
