About the Job
O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Senior Associate with at 3-10 years of experience to join its Philadelphia, PA office. This attorney will represent and advise a range of insurers that underwrite a variety of different coverages, including commercial general liability policies, commercial automobile policies, personal umbrella policies, freight forwarder policies, and professional liability policies.
O'Hagan Meyer's Insurance Practice team represents insurance carriers nationwide in complex coverage and bad faith litigation and advises insurers regarding difficult coverage issues. Our team has expertise handling coverage matters involving general liability, construction defect, environmental, errors & omissions, and directors & officers policies. They also advise insurance companies on drafting policy provisions to keep up with changes in the law.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
- Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in PA.
