Job Description
- Join the Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team.
- Handle Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.
- Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations/trials.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited Law School.
- Admitted to practice in PA; admission to the NJ bar is a plus.
- At least 5+ years of significant experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions involving first-party breach of contract and/or third-party liability claims and related bad faith issues.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
