Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creditors’ rights and foreclosure law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent creditors in foreclosure litigation cases, including court appearances, motions, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding foreclosure and creditors’ rights matters.
- Negotiate settlements and work towards favorable resolutions for clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Stay current with changes in foreclosure and creditors’ rights laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in foreclosure litigation and creditors’ rights.
- Strong knowledge of New Jersey foreclosure and creditors’ rights laws and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
