Litigation Attorney (Employment) - Robert Half

Description REPUTABLE FULL-SERVICE LAW FIRM IN BELLEVUE seeking a Senior Employment Attorney/Of Counsel to join their team. Advise and represent established clients in various labor and employment matters alongside a tenured team. Duties include: + Give thoughtful legal advice to clients on a host of employment law matters, like performance management, hiring discipline, terminations, claims, etc. + Represent clients in litigation in both state and federal court. + Manage all areas of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial. + Review and draft employment policies, agreements, and handbooks. + Independently strategize on dispute resolutions while cooperating with the team. + Stay abreast of latest legislation to provide updated advice. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $300,000 plus bonuses.
