We offer a competitive compensation package between $135,000 to $175,000 annually.

Compensation:
$135,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities:In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in representing clients in a variety of complex legal matters while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
In this role, you will:
- Manage all aspects of litigation cases, from pre-trial discovery through trial and appeal (with a focus on efficiency and achieving client goals)
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop winning case strategies
- Draft and argue persuasive motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Prepare and depose witnesses effectively
- Represent clients confidently in court hearings and trials (with a focus on achieving outstanding results)
- Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients
Qualified candidates will demonstrate excellent oral advocacy skills and a record of success representing clients in court hearings and trials - with a focus on achieving outstanding results.
Additional qualifications include:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- State Bar admission (Texas) required
- 5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal field
- 5 or more years of experience in a successful litigation practice
- Proven ability to manage caseload with limited supervision
- Team player with a strong work ethic and dedication to client service
