Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Class Action Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing plaintiffs in complex litigation cases. You will be working on high-stakes cases that require a deep understanding of legal strategy and the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
Responsibilities:
- Represent plaintiffs in state and federal courts.
- Draft and file legal briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the litigation strategy.
- Participate in all aspects of the discovery process, including document review and production.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals and develop a litigation strategy that meets those objectives.
- Manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Attend court hearings and argue motions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Texas
- 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably on the plaintiffs' side.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience drafting and filing legal briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures.
