- Represent clients in court proceedings, presenting evidence and arguments to best support the client's position.

Job Details
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Maryland Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, specifically within the scope of insurance defense and premises liability defense.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases from inception through trial.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present arguments and negotiate settlements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
