A Senior Business Litigation Associate Attorney is needed for a hybrid role with an Am Law 200 firm in Austin, Texas. This position involves engaging in intricate business litigation within a dynamic and collaborative legal environment. Senior Business Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex business litigation, addressing issues such as partnership and shareholder disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Handle real estate litigation, including matters involving developer disputes, broker defense, lender litigation, and partnership conflicts.
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys to navigate a challenging and fast-paced legal environment.
• Engage in hearings, depositions, and trial settings with proficient oversight when necessary.

Senior Business Litigation Associate Attorney Qualifications*:

• JD from a top 100 law school with a solid academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas.
• 4-6 years of substantive experience in complex business litigation, encompassing real estate, trademarks, copyrights, securities, insurance, franchisor/franchisee disputes, and corporate and partnership issues.
• Strong trial skills, including experience with hearings and depositions, and comfort in trial settings.
• Previous experience with an AmLaw 200 law firm.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Texas courts and rules is crucial.
• Only in-state candidates in the Austin area will be considered.
