LItigation Associate - MB Attorney Search

Our client has an immediate need for a Missouri-licensed Attorney with experience in Commercial Litigation to join a national law firm in their Springfield, Missouri office. The successful candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Real Estate, Development & Construction industries. This position will involve all phases of complex commercial litigation.

The ideal candidate must have experience with the following:

• Conducting factual investigations and discovery.
• Preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
• Direct client contact, providing clear communication to those that may not be familiar with legal language.

Qualification:

• Missouri bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
• 2-8 Years of Experience
