Job Details
Requirements:
8+ years of relevant litigation experience
Previous experience defending and taking depositions of liability and damages experts, parties and fact witnesses;
Previous experience attending mediations, court hearings and doing trial prep.
Previous defense experience involving construction defects, cranes, products liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, and trucking.
Previous experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery & compliance
