Litigation Associate at Nagler Group

We have partnered with an esteemed New Hampshire law firm who is in search of a Litigation Attorney with at least 3+ years of Litigation experience.

This role will require courtroom presence– arguing motions before state and federal courts and taking and defending depositions. Responsibilities will also include drafting and preparing discovery, conducting thorough research, administering client/witness interviews, and filing documents with the courts.  

Must have a New Hampshire Bar License in good standing!
