Job Details
Job Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and preparing dispositive motions.
- Employment Law experience preferred.
- Admission to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission is helpful.
- Federal or N.J. Appellate, Chancery, or Law Division clerkship experience is a plus.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
