Role Description
Tressler LLP is currently seeking a litigation associate to assist with defense work in our Chicago, Illinois office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in tort litigation. Please note that this position is hybrid.
Essential job duties include:
- Reviewing and analyzing new files from clients
- Communicating and preparing status reports to clients
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Conducting legal research when necessary
- Issuing and answering written discovery
- Preparing and leading depositions
Qualifications
- Active bar license in California
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3 or 4 years of experience in Tort litigation
