We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, with a focus on labor and employment law.

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court and during settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.
• Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active NJ Bar membership.
  • 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
