We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation to join our Los Angeles (Westwood) office. This role requires an attorney who excels in client communication, thrives when working independently, and brings an organized and meticulous approach to case management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file initial pleadings and motions
• Prepare and respond to written discovery
• Conduct and manage depositions
• Extensive motions practice
• Handle significant client contact and maintain effective communication

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of civil and commercial litigation experience
• Skills: Exceptional writing, research, client communication, and organizational skills
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in legal research and case management software
