The work may also involve non-litigated insurance coverage work, including research, writing opinion letters, and advising insurers on their obligations with respect to claims-handling and coverage issues.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with the best possible legal solutions
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and legal precedents
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Oregon
- 2+ years of experience in litigation, insurance coverage defense, and deposition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
