Our law firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an impressive track record in handling various litigation matters, with a specific focus on Fireworks, Injury, Insurance Defense, and Probate. Our firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and dedication to the clients we serve. This opportunity will allow you to work alongside some of the best minds in the legal industry, handling high-profile cases and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse caseload involving Fireworks, Injury, Insurance Defense, and Probate.
2. Engage in all stages of litigation from inception through appeal.
3. Develop and implement legal strategies that align with our clients' objectives.
4. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients in a manner that serves their best interests.
6. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a persuasive manner.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal precedents and changes in the law that may affect our clients.
8. Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
9. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
10. Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.
3. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a litigation attorney, specifically dealing with Fireworks, Injury, Insurance Defense, and Probate.
4. Proven record of representing clients in court and achieving favorable outcomes.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes favorably.
7. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks, with excellent organizational skills.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
9. High level of integrity and professional responsibility.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Proficiency in using legal software for case management, research, and communication.
