Litigation Associate Attorney - Gpac

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Partner to join it's growing Litigation Department Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a passion litigation. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of litigation experience and demonstrate a strong foundation in drafting, research, and case management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to initial pleadings and discovery requests
• Draft and argue motions effectively
• Take and defend depositions with minimal supervision
• Conduct in-depth legal research and write compelling arguments
• Work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team specializing in aviation-related cases

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York is REQUIRED
• Strong research and writing abilities, with a solid academic record
• Prior experience in labor defense, construction, or medical malpractice is REQUIRED
