About the Job
Rhoades McKee is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join our nationally-recognized and thriving litigation practice group. Our team handles civil litigation matters, primarily representing individuals and businesses in mediations, arbitrations and lawsuits in State and Federal courts throughout Michigan. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking to supplement our ranks with an individual who has a proven track record of handling disputes from initial client interviews through dispute resolution, and whom we could trust to handle matters independently or with minimal oversight.

Candidates interested in this role will have tremendous opportunities to work with the firm's corporate, real estate and probate attorneys on issues involving dispute resolution and early and consistent interaction directly with clients, opposing counsel and the courts.

Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 5 years of civil litigation experience and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Michigan. A transferable book of business (partial or full) is not necessary but would be considered positively.
