Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 3+ years of litigation experience.

About the Firm:

• Collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Salary starting at $135,000 (++depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling legal briefs.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert legal advice.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on large-scale litigation.

Qualifications:

• JD with at least 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in drafting legal briefs and conducting depositions.
• Admission to the Bar in Texas or California (or the jurisdiction where you currently practice).
