We are seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join our top-tier legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on challenging and rewarding responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. The successful candidate will be a part of our litigation team, focusing on product litigation defense. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as litigation attorney, with a proven track record in trial skills and legal analysis.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
2. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
4. Prepare and present cases at trial, demonstrating exceptional trial skills.
5. Collaborate with team members to manage and respond to discovery requests.
6. Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, ensuring they are fully informed and protected.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal news, and trends in product litigation defense.
8. Develop relationships with clients, legal professionals, and industry representatives.
9. Ensure all case files, documents, and correspondence are accurately maintained and stored.
10. Adhere to all ethical and legal professional standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in Texas
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney.
4. Proven experience in product litigation defense.
5. Exceptional trial skills and legal analysis abilities.
6. Proficient in legal research and writing.
7. Strong negotiation and client management skills.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of ethics and professional responsibility.
11. Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
