Mid-sized Morris County, NJ, Law Firm seeks LITIGATION ASSOCIATE with at least one (1) year of experience to handle insurance defense (major claims), commercial litigation, probate litigation, professional liability (attorney malpractice), and ethics litigation on behalf of firm clients.  This is a LIFESTYLE firm and asks its attorneys for 1600 annual billable hours and also offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in; 2 remotely).  Further, the partners are happy to mentor associates to continue to develop their litigation skills.  Responsibilities will be research & writing, discovery, motions, and, if appropriate, depositions.  New Jersey Bar admission is required.  Salary range between $100,000 - 125,000.  Comprehensive benefits package with 401(k) match.
