WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

In this full-time or part-time role, you will work either 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Monday - Friday, including morning, day, and evening shifts with weekends as needed.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Line Cook at our restaurant, you will showcase your culinary skills by preparing food items according to recipes and menu specifications. Your role will involve maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and monitoring food temperatures to ensure quality control. You'll also be crucial in preparing food for service, rotating stock, and storing food items properly. Additionally, you will ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned, contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
