Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble ingredients following established recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion size.
- Execute cooking techniques with precision, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, and plating to deliver exceptional dishes.
- Monitor food quality and freshness and conduct regular taste tests to maintain the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including equipment and utensils, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for menu enhancements and participate in menu development as needed.
- A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences.
- Proficient in basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and familiarity with a wide range of ingredients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a harmonious kitchen environment.
